The owners of Lot 38 are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast sandwiches are so good, we keep coming back here whenever we’re in the area now that we don’t live here anymore. SEG is to go to.
Great spot for coffee and a quick breakfast. The coffee I tried were perfect blends and not too pricey. The service was fast and the food and drink piping hot.
Such a cute spot! Almost hidden and the location is a little awkward but it has such a nice sitting area upstairs and the coffee is great. The staff was a little rude but when there was a mistake in our order the barista remade it right away! I would definitely recommend this…
