Crema's Take
“Mecca Coffee Company excels at crafting genuinely exceptional espresso and pour overs that have earned passionate devotion from regulars, though the experience can feel inconsistent depending on which staff member serves you. Beyond the coffee itself, they've thoughtfully curated an olive oil and balsamic bar that adds a unique dimension you won't find at typical coffee shops, making it worth a visit for curious food lovers. The shop clearly has real skill in the cup, but approaching with patience and kindness tends to yield better results than expecting warmth from everyone behind the counter.”

Do not shop here unless you want to feel like you are a peasant. The ladies that work there will make you feel lower than a snakes belly. Reading through a bunch of other reviews seems to be what they do to everyone unless they know you. Should not be in customer service. I know I will not go back and will recommend people to avoid this place.
We were so excited to see a olive oil and balsamic bar so we pulled in and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. We browsed for a long while then ended up with drinks... not once did any of the female workers check in to see if we needed any help with oils or vinegar. Which we did so unfortunately we left without any. The only reason we were able to get a coffee was the young man working that side came in to help.
Felt like we were treated like the movie, Pretty Woman like we weren’t good enough to be shopping in their fancy little coffee shop. Only one lady was friendly and that’s who made our coffee. The others were very rude and short with their responses. Won't be back. We’ll take our business elsewhere!
I love shopping here, but the women who work the floor are not very welcoming. They spend more time chatting and laughing with each other than acknowledging customers, unless you seem to be a regular. I ordered a hot tea, and the woman helping me acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve me. When the owner is in the store, she’s always kind and friendly, which makes the contrast even more noticeable. During my most recent visit, I wasn’t acknowledged until I had walked the entire store, had my arms full of items, and finally set them on the counter to check out. It’s such a cute store, and their coffee and gifts are wonderful, but the service from these employees is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, it makes me less inclined to stop in as often as I’d like.
No exaggeration, best coffee. Read that again. I’m not kidding. I’ve had coffee from all around the world and who would have thought the best coffee is right here in Tulsa!?!! Their selection is tremendous whether you have a specific flavor in mind or a decaf drinkerx they have options for you. The shop is also a vibe! You have to go there to experience it yourself. Because that’s what this place is, an experience.
