Crema's Take
“This Missoula spot has quietly become a haven for those seeking creative alternatives to the standard coffee run, with their "Elevated Teas" earning genuine devotion from regulars who find themselves reaching for matcha and inventive tea combinations instead of their usual morning brew. The energy here feels genuinely welcoming and community-minded—the owner's generosity toward neighboring businesses sets the tone—and they've mastered the art of pairing thoughtful drinks (like their signature chocolate peanut butter shakes) with light food that actually satisfies, making it the perfect refuge when you're hungry but want to skip the usual fast-food trap.”

It is always lovely going in to get a tra or shake, and start my day on a bright note! The flavor combos are endless!
Not necessarily their fault, but i was really craving a smoothie the other day and Google said that there were some here. When I got there, the only options were teas and healthy milkshakes. I ended up getting the Snickers shake and I will say it was pretty dang close. Wish there were actually fruit smoothies so I didn't have to get something processed (all their shake flavors are different powders they scoop in), but other than that not too shabby.
So happy I saw this and decided to stop! Of course I get hungry when I’m doing errands but don’t want fast food. This shop was the perfect answer to my hunger cues. I got a chocolate pb shake. I tasted AMAZING. My hunger is satiated and I feel good about my protein intake and I’m not bloated. Anytime I’m in Missoula, I’ll be going here to meet my calorie needs. I feel full as if I went had spent 20 dollars on a full meal but instead I only spent 8 dollars. So happy I found this place and it definitely made my day. Not to mention, Ally made tue entire experience relaxing and fun.
My Elevated Tea from Nutrition on Reserve is definitely the highlight of my day! I would recommend giving them a try instead of coffee each morning. You might just get hooked!
Before opening, this businesses owner generously gave the surrounding businesses a free sample of their elevated teas (we received three 32 oz cups) and I ended up really liking it. The strawberry watermelon elevated tea was refreshing and just the right amount of tart with added nutrients including ginseng and aloe, among others. But they have MANY other options, just take a look at their menu. They are located a few businesses down from Shopko Optical in the Grant Creek Town center building, next to Gem jewelers. The owner was friendly and helpful in answering my questions about their products offered. I will definitely be back and probably even branch out to try new flavors.
