Blue Bottle Coffee

Cherry blossom matcha iced latte with Nola cold foam was fire! Very unique taste and hints of cherry blossom which doesn’t over power the matcha! Def would come back again. It is also made with oatmilk

So happy that they opened a Blue bottle in the suburbs! Went on opening day and the staff was amazing, especially Julie (I think that’s her name!) Coffee is delicious every time.

I went on opening day, we got their hot matcha, and caffe mocha, both tasted great, smooth and rich texture. The croissants are flakily delicious. Nice minimalist vibe and friendly service.

I love this place! I’m so happy to see Blue Bottle here.

So the actual coffee itself was expertly made by a very talented and wonderful barista. He was fantastic. But my low score is basically because sitting in that place felt like I was sitting in an operating room room. I guess that’s the aesthetic of them. But they’re not gonna get too many people to hang around I’m guessing. I just don’t remember it being like this in San Francisco years ago.
