Crema's Take
“Nestled within the Delaware Art Museum, Kaffeina Cafe is a serene retreat where creative seasonal drinks like their beloved lavender matcha latte shine alongside thoughtfully crafted food—think fluffy, veggie-packed quiches and vibrant salads. The peaceful, artistic atmosphere with sculpture garden views makes it the perfect spot for a contemplative coffee break or remote work session, though the premium pricing means it's best saved for special occasions rather than daily visits. Reviewers consistently praise the care put into both the menu and the space itself, creating a genuine sense of culture and craft in every visit.”

I’ve visited this cafe several times when I stop by the museum and I’m always impressed by the menu. However, the lavender matcha latte (hot) has my heart. One day I’ll try something else but its just so perfect. Beautiful cafe and the service is always great. Always another reason to look forward to coming to the museum!
Such a nice cafe, on the expensive side so not somewhere you’d want to go often but it’s a nice little getaway spot every so often. Every time I’ve been it hasn’t been very busy which is also nice. Right now they have roses on the ceiling for Valentine’s Day 😊
Coffee + Culture w/n the Delaware Art Museum A great stop within the DE art musuem- has a seasonal latte menu and outlets for the remote work baddies like me! Read me full review here instagram @life_lattely
Quiche was amazing! Big, but light and fluffy packed with veggies. Had a great buttery flavor and was just overall delicious. I liked the side salad with it. My friends beet salad was huge, so many pecans and cranberries. The staff were really nice and friendly. The watermelon matcha didn’t look like the picture on the menu and was way too sweet. I realized it’s just watermelon syrup in matcha iced tea.
Stopped in while taking a tour of the Art Museum's sculpture garden. The place has great ambience with lots of artistic touches. The windows offer a beautiful view of the sculpture garden. We only got coffee this time. My wife's strawberry chai latte was delicious. My pumpkin spice latte was a little tasteless, but after I asked for some extra pumpkin spice it was much better. They have good looking sandwich options. Note: You do not have to pay to get into the museum in order to enter the coffee shop. The place is definitely worth checking out.
