I’ve attended the January and February themed afternoon teas with different groups and both visits were lovely! First, the ambiance takes you back in time to the Regency era to feel like you are celebrating with Jane Austen vibes. The service was top notch with friendly owners and staff. The food, well to say it was delicious seems is an understatement. The scones alone would have me returning for another visit. Everything from the tea, sandwiches, and delectable desserts was homemade and definitely used high quality ingredients. I think they could open up a bakery on the side if they wanted to. Thanks for a delightful time, we will see yall there soon!

Top tier experience at 3 Roses Tea Room this past weekend! Such attention to detail! Atmosphere, service and especially the food were a real treat. The complimentary mocktail along with the hot tea was a very nice and refreshing touch! Open view into the kitchen which was immaculate. The bathrooms were spotless and included a changing table for those who might need it.

What a beautiful tea room you have created and the food is absolutely amazing! We booked for the Little Women Christmas and it was so charming. ❤️🎄 Everything was fresh, melt in your mouth, and the tea selections including holiday flavors were perfect! The best scones I’ve ever had, and the mini gingerbread houses are too adorable, I highly recommend this quaint, unpretentious, gorgeous tea room for any occasion. We will be back and will bring friends!

Stepping into the Three Roses Tea Room felt like walking straight into the pages of Anne of Green Gables. Every detail — from the floral china to the charming tiered trays — set the stage for a truly delightful afternoon tea. The Anne of Green Gables-inspired menu was as lovely as it was delicious. The tea sandwiches were dainty and flavorful — the cucumber dill stood out as refreshingly bright and perfectly seasoned. I also enjoyed the variety of savory bites, especially the ham and gouda roll and the fig & goat cheese combination that balanced sweet and savory in the best way. The scones were heavenly — tender, buttery, and served warm with clotted cream and jam. I could’ve made a whole meal out of those alone! But then came the pastries… each one a tiny masterpiece. The mini pecan pie was divine — rich, nutty, and sweet in all the right ways — and the pumpkin brownie added a cozy touch of autumn spice. The cinnamon tea was my absolute favorite — soothing, fragrant, and perfectly paired with the pastries. I also tried the raspberry cordial mocktail, which was as charming as its Anne Shirley namesake. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully curated and delightfully nostalgic — a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Whether you’re a fan of Anne of Green Gables or simply love a beautiful afternoon tea, this is a place worth visiting again and again.

I absolutely love this tea room! I have gone a few times and every experience exceeds expectations. They have the most wonderful array of savory sandwiches and sweet treats. A wonderful variety of hot tea and always a fun monthly mocktail. I love how they do a different themed tea every month. The staff is exceptional! I really appreciate the all-inclusive pricing. They are very accommodating for food allergies and restrictions, much appreciated. Weekdays are different than weekends but you can always look on their website to figure out what works for you. And I love their text reservation system. I cannot enough lovely things about this new local treasure.
