I had the most amazing time at Tea Market’s afternoon tea. All the tea was so delicious, and we even got samples to take home with us. The food was so delicious and flavorful, and the tea paired with each dish was so fun and added depth to the food. The whole experience was so lovely and I can’t wait to do it again. Afterwards, I purchased some tea from the market and everyone there was so kind. I would recommend this market to anyone who loves tea!!

I happened to come across this cute and welcoming shop while out shopping with my mother on a Saturday. We enjoyed the variety of teas offered and the staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding us by picking out various teas. I decided I wanted to share this little gem of a store with family as a thoughtful Christmas gift. I purchased the Advent calendar/holiday gift box along with five additional loose teas and needed the items shipped as I do not live close by. The order I received had the wrong items and when I called the shop to inquire, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and had my correct order out the next day. With no fault of Tea Market, the second order attempted to be delivered to the wrong address and was sent back to sender. I called the Saturday before Christmas to see what I needed to do to get another order sent to the correct address. I spoke with Jess, the owner, who was so pleasant and eager to make it right had her husband drive my order to our home a little over an hour away. The customer service was amazing and absolutely went above and beyond. I cannot thank Jess and her husband enough for making sure I had the gifts for our Christmas.

The small magnetic tester tins atop each jar were a delightful touch, inviting me to engage with each blend through scent before committing. And for those who prefer convenience, the boutique also offers premium sachets from renowned brands. If you are a lover of tea—or even just curious—Tea Market is a destination not to be missed. It’s a place where tea becomes more than a beverage; it becomes a journey, a memory, a moment of peace.

About seven or so years ago, I visited a friend in Kansas City - my first time there. Knowing I love tea, she introduced me to the Tea Market - and boy, am I glad she did! I live in the SF Bay area, but since that lovely first experience, I have ordered the most glorious of teas from you! (Frankly, after an extensive search, there was no other source that provided what you do!) By now I have my favorites, but along the seven-year way, you have included free samples of others, helping me expand my horizons (so to speak)!
