Crema's Take

Rosebud Bakery is a beloved neighborhood gem where a passionate mother-daughter team crafts exceptional laminated pastries and quiches with genuine care, turning out warm, buttery creations like their legendary potato chive pastry and impossibly good quiches that keep people driving across town to visit. The intimate space fills quickly with regulars and newcomers alike, rewarded by genuinely kind service and the kind of fresh, from-scratch quality—from croissants to bread club offerings—that makes the short wait entirely worthwhile. It's the rare bakery that manages to be both a serious pastry destination and a genuinely welcoming spot to linger with your coffee.

This is a gold nugget of a Bakery with excellent bread and pastries. Unique flavors and the best quiche ever with flavorful coffee. Small space for the amount of business they attract. Waiting is a norm and the staff is the best at getting your food as fast as they are able. Recommend this bakery/ eatery highly

Great and incredibly kind service! Love the location. The potato chive pastry is WOW! Crazy good. My chai bun was still warm when I got it this morning. Yummy!!! Went right at opening. Such a cute place.

Have been coming to Rosebud Bakery since they opened, worth the drive from the east side! Everything is fresh and delicious, today, tried the quiche (and took some baked goods to go)! The quiche was light and flavorful with a wonderful crust!

Beautiful mother-daughter affair with people who truly love creating things with butter. They appreciate a good lamination, a crisp pie crust, and soft scones, in an everyone-is-welcome environment. I recommend everything, as I’ve tried it all, but I’m a special fan of the chai buns, pies, and cardamom latte. The coffee is high quality with house made syrup.

Quiet little bakery with friendly service. We tried the fresh Chocolate Croissant and an Iced Latte. Small selection of pastries available to order. They also have fresh bread and a Bread Club. The bakers in the back were busy making the next batches of goodies.
