Crema's Take
“Tucked in Koreatown, this halal spot seamlessly blends Chinese comfort food with unexpected surprises, serving generous portions of everything from beef soup to chicken sheekh kabab that keep locals coming back for both the satisfying meals and refreshing drinks. The cozy, vibrant atmosphere makes it feel like stumbling upon a well-kept secret, though quality can be inconsistent—sometimes you'll find perfectly juicy potstickers and flavorful Mongolian beef, other times a dish might miss the mark. It's the kind of place where you grab something quick after work but end up lingering because the flavors and warm energy pull you in.”

This halal chinese food in koreatown offer comfort homestyle menu, we ordered beef soup, shrimp fried rice, beef and broccoli, popcorn chicken, and potstickers to share. The portion was generous and the food were all so delicious! It’s very comforting and taste homemade. I also got their yogurt drink which was so refreshing! They also have some pakistani food which i’m yet to try. Definitely will come back!
We ordered shrimp tempura and got coconut shrimp instead. It would have been fine but the coconut shrimp was just 90% coconut shreds and batter and 10% shrimp which was just burnt and flatter than paper. The taro smoothie was really good though and I enjoyed it. The fries were… ok. They were a bit salty. Finally, the nuggets. OH! The nugget was good. I really like it. On the end 3/5.
This place has such flavorful and delicious meals that will blow your taste buds. I was hungry after work and craving for some Chinese cuisine. I stumbled upon V cafe on Google. I was too intrigued to try this place out after reading the Google reviews and my God, I had to leave such a feedback myself… the food was ridiculously delicious and affordable. It was more than what I had expected. This place reminds me so much of my hometown in Southeast Asia. I honestly recommend this place 11/10!!! Thank you, V cafe for making halal Chinese cuisine available for us.
Accidentally stumbled across this spot, and thank God we did! The food was really good and the drinks were delicious. We got Mongolian beef, potstickers, chicken sheekh kabab (so juicy!), strawberry coconut smoothie, and a mango smoothie. Definitely recommend. Tiny note- the red benches are way too high for the tables, which doesn’t make for the best eating experience when crouching down lol.
🌟 Restaurant Review: V Cafe - A Halal Delight in Every Bite! 🌟 I had an amazing experience at V Cafe, a fully Halal-certified restaurant that offers both delicious food and a cozy, vibrant atmosphere. 🍽️ Food: I ordered a plate of steamed dumplings that were absolutely flavorful and perfectly cooked. Each bite was tender and packed with a savory filling. The side of fresh lettuce and purple cabbage added a nice crunchy contrast. To top it off, I indulged in their signature bubble waffle ice cream sundae—a beautiful treat with scoops of creamy ice cream, chocolate drizzle, chocolate wafers, and crunchy toppings. It was both visually stunning and mouthwateringly good. 🧼 Presentation & Cleanliness: The presentation was clean and appealing, and the restaurant maintained a tidy and welcoming dining space. I especially appreciated the well-organized tray setup with utensils, sauce packets, and napkins. 🕌 Halal Assurance: Everything on the menu is 100% Halal, which gives peace of mind and makes this place a top choice for Muslim diners seeking tasty and trustworthy meals. 🍃 Ambience: The interior had a cheerful, modern look with colorful chairs and a laid-back vibe, perfect for a casual meal with friends or a solo treat-yourself moment.
