Needed help for my mom. My wife reached out to this place for an immediate need. Their communication was poor. They provided no return call but rather chose to reject and say they could not provide help to us by way of text message. On top of that, their initial quote early on was the highest of all care providers and it wasn’t even close.

The staff at Companion Extraordinaire are professional, caring and accommodating. The caregiver is reliable, compassionate and very helpful. She listens and anticipates needs. She is very understanding and attentive to my husband and his day to day care. I am very please the care she provides and the services Companion Extraordinaire provides.

Companion Extraordinaire helped me with both my father and my mother. They were the most caring and thorough staff. I never had to worry when they were with either of my parents. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend this company for your loved one! They treat them like family!

Responsive, communicative, flexible, professional and caring. We thought we were going to need care up to a certain date and it changed and all of a sudden we needed round the clock care including some nursing services. They staffed up with a great team right away. We had used one other service which was OK, but the people and communication with the family here is a cut above the rest.

Companion Extraordinaire is a wonderful company. They are excellent in coming together and making a plain for their clients. They are very gold oriented and make a plans specifically for said client. No 2 plans are a like. They work as a team with clients, caregivers, nurses and office staff to make a plan specific said client.
