Gabrianna and Santi were amazing on out first visit to this very nice place. Gabrianna was very patient and gave us great advice on what food to try. Our dishes and drinks were delicious and the service was superb. We highly recommend this place in downtown Richmond.

I am so sad to rate like this but, at the end people need to know the fact. By seeing the five star rating, I got Milk Taro Boba Tea and Shinobu hot drink but it is not as expected. I ordered 100% sweet but I don’t know it was not sweet at all and the hot drink was just like hot…

Best tea shop in rva. Tea is freshly brewed from leaves and they have a wide variety of flavors! Elise, Andrew, Danny, Josh, Theresa, Cat, and Angela are great!

Very yummyyy and nice service :)) the environment was nice aswelll! The tapioca (boba) were so good, soft and very flavorful:) I do recommend during busy hours to find a parking deck or alley parking!
