Tout De Suite Cafe
347 Verret St, New Orleans, LA
Crema's Take
“Tout De Suite Cafe is a warm neighborhood gathering spot where Southern breakfast reaches new heights—think butter-grilled biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, Atchafalaya grits, and Huevos Rancheros that locals swear by. The unpretentious menu celebrates regional ingredients like boudin sausage, and the eclectic, genuinely hospitable atmosphere makes it feel less like a cafe and more like a cherished community living room. Whether you're lingering over coffee and a cinnamon roll or settling in for a leisurely breakfast, this is the kind of place that reveals itself as a hidden gem the moment you walk through the door.”

The Huevos Rancheros is the best I've ever had! Atchafalya grits are good! And the boudin sausage is very tasty! I love this place. It's a hidden gem!
Hello my name is Lita! I am a local who is in transition with housing while awaiting an apartment and while using an off day while I had down time I decided to wander around Federal City and old Algiers point and I stopped at what was a vibrantly colored open air Cafe as well as indoor seating and a takeout counter for this amazing Cafe that I stumbled upon gratefully so and enjoyed my first leisurely breakfast as the sun rose over Algiers and it was an amazing experience and the atmosphere was Excellence at its best. Simplicity in a mom and pop operation to me means just as much as a Michelin star restaurant ability to make the customer feel a good experience as well, being a culinary school graduate as well as just a foodie. Thank you so much for the experience as it was when to remember..! Ps, the food was so amazing and coffee so great that I only was able to get just a few photos 🫶✨️
Absolutely the best biscuits and sausage gravy I’ve ever eaten. Biscuits were butter-grilled before covered in sausage gravy that would almost stand as a meal on its own. Pancakes were light and fluffy with just enough crispiness to boost it over the edge into amazing! Also had the fried home style potatoes that were (don’t tell her I said it) better than momma’s.
The restaurant is in and a part of the community it is in. Very eclectic, warm and inviting, with a good helping os Southern hospitality. The menu isn't fussy or complicated, and the portions are generous. You'll be satisfied but not stuffed where you sluggish or sick. The food is flavorful and the coffee is on point. Add this to your list of places to check out!
Came here for breakfast on Wednesday. I was excited that it was only four minutes from our Airbnb and had seen that it's top-rated. I was hungry, so I I ordered the Poche, a cinnamon roll and a Macchiato. It was my first time trying Boudin, we don't get that in Michigan. That with the Poche was so good! The Boudin itself is very tasty, and combined with that sauce and the grits it's wonderful! The cinnamon roll hit the spot too. It was moist with a great flavor throughout, not just with the frosting. The macchiato will wake you up, it's very strong, albeit good!
