Tod's Espresso Cafe

Crema's Take
“Tod's Espresso Cafe is a genuinely beloved Boulder institution where skilled espresso work meets real community warmth—regulars rave about the breakfast burritos, friendly staff, and the way the space naturally brings people together for work, meetings, or just lingering over a thoughtful cup. Beyond great coffee, there's a genuine heart here: the team partners with local organizations like Human Kind and donates proceeds to causes like the Colorado Immigrants Rights Coalition, so your visit actually contributes to the community you're sitting in. Whether you're a local looking for your third coffee of the morning or passing through and craving a gluten-free scone with your decaf, you'll find the kind of unhurried, welcoming vibe that makes a coffee shop feel like a real place.”

This place is awesome. It is friendly and inviting. The coffee is great and the place serves well as a community meeting place. I highly recommended commend it.
We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Human Kind. Their team has generously welcomed students from Joshua School and provided meaningful, hands-on instruction in essential job and vocational skills. Through this collaboration, our students are gaining valuable real-world experience, building confidence, and developing skills that will support greater independence and future success. We truly appreciate Human Kind’s commitment to empowering our students and investing in their potential.
Been here many times and they have such great service (and the breakfast burritos are to die for). A portion of their proceeds are going to the Colorado Immigrants Rights Coalition if you needed another reason to support them!
Absolutely amazing coffee shop. They were super busy today due to the planned power outages but the staff was kind, courteous, and got through everyone's orders quickly. Affordable and delicious! I hope that some good can come out of this situation in that they get more business in the long run.
Lovely, just lovely. Visiting from NY and wanted to relax for a few. The smile and kind greeting was a great start, and the gluten free blueberry scone set the scene for an excellent decaf Americano. It's small inside but I found a nice comfy chair with a sweet view. There is additional seating outside. Looking forward to stopping by again for sure. 5 enthusiastic stars ✨✨✨✨✨
