Common Grounds in the Baylor SUB has been a gem for coffee enthusiasts like myself. As the smaller of the two Common Grounds locations on campus, it's perfectly situated for convenience, nestled right in the Student Union Building. This spot has been a sanctuary for me, offering a comprehensive menu that mirrors its larger counterpart near Brooks Flats. What makes this location stand out is its unique 'Cowboy Coffee' menu, an exclusive feature boasting drinks made with their famous, sweet, and caffeinated Secret Sauce. From the classic Cowboy Coffee to the innovative Coconut Cowboy, each option is available hot or iced, catering to all preferences. The array of house specialties like Frozen Cappuccino, Mocha Mint Madness, and the exotic Matcha Latte adds a delightful twist to the coffee experience. And let's not forget the staples - the perfectly brewed Drip Coffee and the robust Nitro Cold Brew are just a few of the options that keep me coming back. For students and faculty on the north side of campus, this Common Grounds location is a haven. It saves the trek across campus, offering a quick, delicious coffee fix right where it's needed. Whether you're grabbing a cup to kickstart your morning or seeking a cozy spot to unwind, Common Grounds at the Baylor SUB is the go-to place for top-notch coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

My absolute favorite place on campus!! The staff is filled with the kindest people you will meet, and the coffee is spectacular. This is also a great place for studying! There are group seats where you can hang with friends or there are tables tucked away where you can focus. It's really, really phenomenal.

Second time to CG. First time they couldn’t fulfill a coffee traveler order. Checked out their other location on the Baylor campus. Good coffee and pastries with a big selection of drink options. Cozy sitting room in and outside with a stage for music acts. Downside, took a while for our drinks to come out but overall good experience.

Great location with a great aesthetic and fantastic sweets. Prices can be somewhat steep but you pay for the quality and location. Enjoy!

I'm so excited that we have access to a local roaster and amazing coffee ON campus! My personal faves are an iced Atlas (Native Sons Roasters) or a chi tea late with a shot of espresso. The drinks are great, the shop is beautiful, and there are plenty of chairs to lounge in nearby. I'm an alum, but visit campus for various projects at work. It's nice to stop by on the way to a meeting and grab a coffee for a colleague and myself. If you haven't visited this shop yet, get on over to the SUB.
