T4

Long time customer of T4 and I love the drinks and snacks here. Unfortunately lately they have been getting my orders wrong more often. Yesterday I ordered a drink and the sweetness level was made incorrectly. It was way too sweet so I couldn’t drink it, which was really disappointing, especially since I ordered the large size. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, and by the time I noticed the store had already closed. Today I called and spoke with the person who made my drink to ask if I could have the correct drink comped. She was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated. However I was disappointed when her manager said they wouldn’t replace the drink. I have always enjoyed coming here, but after this experience I will probably start taking my business elsewhere.

I love T4. I don't know why I just realized there was one so close to home! My fave is the brown sugar milk tea. This place has donuts, food and all sorts of good stuff!

Ordered popcorn chicken and waited over 20 minutes for our food, completely unacceptable. We came around 9:30 p.m., and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency from the staff. On top of that, we ordered the basil popcorn chicken, but there was no basil at all. Really disappointed.

Decent boba and food. One of the only places that is still open until 11pm so it’s a good place to hang out at night. Parking limited but was still able to snag a spot near the front. Ordered tea eggs and takoyaki. The tea eggs tasted like normal tea eggs and were good. Easy to peel too. The takoyaki was seasoned well but the inside had a little too much creamy mayo batter (???) on the inside and not enough tako (octopus). Ordered honey grass jelly regular with 50% sweetness and it was so sweet! Next time I will get 30% sweet and 30% ice. However, it definitely hit the spot and I would go there again esp late at night. They have a huge menu of snacks so maybe I’ll try other food items next time!

A lovely place to get your boba fix. They have some unique flavours, rose 🌹 with lychee jelly stands out along with passion fruit royal tea. Try the egg puffs, fresh and hot, as well as the popcorn chicken. The location is clean with plenty of sitting options. Staff is super friendly.
