Crema's Take

This welcoming Bloomfield spot excels at making guests feel genuinely cared for, with staff who greet you warmly and take their time getting orders right—a refreshing contrast to the usual coffee shop rush. Their specialty drinks shine, particularly the oat milk lattes and chais, while their full breakfast menu and fresh pastries make it the kind of place where you'll want to linger over coffee and conversation. It's roomy and unpretentious, with that hidden gem quality that keeps people coming back once they discover it.

We came over after having been ignored by the place down the street. The place itself is not fancy yet roomy and clean. Here, we were immediately greeted, seated, and our orders taken. The hummus was nicely presented with warm pita. My partner’s dish was steak with rice, hummus and salad and it was all tasty. I had the lamb gyro and the meat was melt in your mouth. The Greek salad was good although I think they can remove the greens. The lemonade was homemade with some lime. Really refreshing. We were also given free fried cheese, which we brought home. Last, we ordered baklava to enjoy at home and it was so crispy and sweet. Loved it! Again, the service was excellent, which was worth everything to us.

Never again! I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. The burger was raw. The fries under cooked. Tuna run and watery. The manager was yelling and belittling all employees in front of all customers. It was TERRIBLE!

Wowww! I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! Breakfast is my ultimate favorite and I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The website appears more of a bakery-takeout-market type of place but the inside has table service with plenty of tables! All of the pastries are out on the counter and look delicious. We were told to seat ourselves and our server brought out mini croissants with water. I ordered the matcha latte with almond milk. It was a good premixed culinary sugar blend. I ordered the egg white power house omelet and it was delicious and enormous. There was probably an entire avocado in it and was large enough to feed 2 people. It came with fruit and I was happy it was a mix of berries and bananas. My husband loved his bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. We also split a cranberry scone which blew me away. I think it may be my new top favorite scone of all times! The restaurant does get pretty busy. The overall atmosphere is busy but efficient. We sat in front of the counter and they do ring a loud bell every time an order is up so I'd recommend sitting in the back if that would bother you. Overall such a great value for the quality and amount if food. Can't wait to come back!!

Truly a hidden gem!! Great coffee ☕️ we had an oat milk latte, oat milk chai, and hot chocolates and they were all amazing! Food was also delicious which we ordered every thing from buttermilk pancakes with fresh fruits to waffles with cinnamon apples to a spinach, feta, onions omelet 😋 Staff was super nice and helpful and the space is very cute inside and patio out front. Will definitely be back soon!
