Crema's Take
“This welcoming Harlem Coffee spot in Phoenix is beloved for its thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks and homemade syrups that keep regulars coming back, all served up in a beautifully designed space filled with art and community spirit. The team has mastered that rare balance of being both a serious coffee destination and a genuinely chill gathering place, whether you're settling in for focused work or catching up with friends. It's the kind of neighborhood coffee shop that makes people genuinely excited to recommend it to visiting friends.”

Love love love! This place hits all the right vibes. Their coffee is delicious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. There’s plenty of seating, both for quiet, individual work time and also collaborative spaces.
Visited Harlem Coffee for the first time today, after driving past multiple times. Entering, it’s a welcoming and chill atmosphere. A little tricky to see where to order, but that leads to browse through the entire place, which is decorated and designed nicely. Takes the classic layout of the older house, and elevates it. Coffee and Chai were delicious and well made. We plan to return and work through the rest of the menu. Staff was friendly as well, and demonstrated expertise (as seen with the latte art). Parking is a little tight, so I’d recommend entering from 3rd Ave (lots of street parking available, so it’s not a huge deal). I recommend and plan to return.
Exquisite place. You can deeply feel the sense of community and love that the Harlem team brings to the space. Plus their coffee and housemade syrups are spectacular. I love everything about Harlem and they are a joy to have in the Phoenix community.
Visiting from LA and I only had a few days in Phoenix so had to pick and choose my coffee shop stops and I’m so glad we went to Harlem! The place is beautiful! Loved all the art and furniture. There was plenty of seating both inside and out. It is a great place for working on your laptop, reading a book, or meeting up with friends. They have their own parking lot, but street parking seems easy too. Staff was friendly! And the coffee was delicious. I tried the Kinfolk— one of their specialties— and it was really good. 10/10 would recommend. I wish Harlem would come to LA!!! 🙏🏼
I’d heard lots of buzz about Harlem Coffee, and let me tell you, those reviews weren’t exaggerating. I found them at their pop-up inside Sauvage Wine Bar in the Willo District, and it was just what the caffeine doctor ordered. Walking into Sauvage (a cozy wine bar known for natural & biodynamic wines) , Harlem Coffee transforms the space into a morning haven of coffee smells, mellow vibes, and welcoming energy. Harlem positions itself as more than just a coffee stand; as a mobile, intentional experience that brings people together over well-crafted drinks. The staff? Friendly, skilled, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their barista game is strong. The coffee? Beautifully brewed. I tried “The Louis” and it absolutely hit the spot, exactly that perfect balance of bold, smooth, and soul-warming. Atmosphere + staff + coffee = one winning combo. I’ll definitely be back. If you ever see Harlem Coffee pop-up in town (especially at Sauvage), go. Your tastebuds will thank you.
