So the loaded nachos not so loaded. Actually my mouth was getting dry from how unloaded they where. Maybe the chubby kid didn't make it well because I did not leave a tip for ordering nachos at the counter.

The servers were kind, friendly, and helpful. They listened to what I wanted, and gave me what I requested, showing they were listening to me. It matters when you are heard! Thank you for demonstrating you care about what you do and that you care for your customers. You caused my first experience in San Antonio to be good!

Roxane was a gem when visiting this little cafe right outside of TSA! A customer was giving her a difficult time over making a smoothie due to being out of strawberries but she was still kind nonetheless! She helped me pick out the red velvet cake they have in their case and it was delicious. Thank you Roxane! I will be back when I’m in SaTx!

I was fortunate enough to visit this place on a day when the airport was very slow and not busy. This is the primary reason I was able to receive the exemplary customer service from both Ariel and Giselle. They both made fantastic recommendations from the menu to which each of them made as far as a drink and a sandwich goes. I was even fortunate enough to be able to add strawberry to their already delicious banana chocolate shake. The ham, turkey, bacon, havarti, and Swiss sandwich panini was toasted very well and tasted fantastic. I should have known it would be because I was told that they hoped I would. If you can’t wait before you get into the terminal area to eat food or have something to drink, definitely stop by this marketplace and expect to see either one of these young ladies because you will surely be in for a very pleasant customer service experience. Shout out to their Manager, who I spoke to in passing and sung their praises to. She is also the one who recommended I leave this easy-to-articulate review as well. In short, the place is bomb.

Kathleen was amazing. She was very patient and professional with me. She took a bit of time to explain their menu items and displayed great courtesy.
