As others have mentioned, the wait is long. Improved if you use the app. Service is lacking overall.

Good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches, and good service. Unlike Starbucks, there is actually a place to sit and have a coffee without being stuck in the middle of everyone waiting on their order. Word of warning - I would recommend getting the app and ordering that way even if you are dining in - otherwise it can be a long wait. App is easy to set up and you can use Apple Pay.

I believe this place is racist Everytime I go there, They never call my name on purpose. I've been paying attention for a few months .That barista has issues. I noticed no people of color really go there. I asked them they say the coffee is too expensive. I know cafe coffee is pricey yet we buy what we like. They are feeling that racist under tone. I felt it two months ago I didn't want to believe it. Yet it happened again today. I know folks miss Altera coffee flavor was way better. Yet allowing someone to treat people that way is ridiculous

Went to order a drink. 20-30 minutes for a hot drink because they have so many online orders so I didn’t get anything. I appreciate them letting me know but how about prioritizing people in the shop? I regularly meet people here for work but will not do so again anytime soon.

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. The wait was so long my breakfast sandwich got cold by the time my order was ready. I know places get busy but you would never wait that long at a Starbucks, even in Manhattan.
