Crema's Take
“This Third Ward Milwaukee roastery strikes that rare balance between serious espresso craft and welcoming neighborhood hangout, where the staff moves with practiced grace even during the Saturday morning rush. The light-filled space with its creative vibe and lush garden seating draws laptop workers and coffee enthusiasts alike, offering both traditional milk drinks and thoughtful specialty beverages like pistachio-raspberry lattes that hint at their playful approach to flavor.”

Bravo to the hard-working staff on a Saturday morning. You guys really know how to hustle multiple orders while staying calm and collected. My only complaint is that the customers were picking up their orders without saying thank you. By that I mean, customers should be thanking you more.Your hard work and customer service deserves many thank yous.
Before heading to Green Bay to go to a Packers game, my husband and I stopped for our morning coffee and breakfast at Colectivo Coffee Third World. It was within walking distance of our hotel so we came over and got our morning fix. I decided to order a peppermint fluff mocha, served hot with oat milk. It was the perfect wintry beverage and not overpowering. My husband ordered just a plain classic latte. We both felt that the coffee drinks were strong and the quality of bean was good. He ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and I ordered the egg white breakfast burrito. His burrito was definitely a lot better than mine and just had much better flavor. I was trying to be healthy and honestly should’ve just gotten the chorizo breakfast burrito like him; mine was made with egg whites and had kale. All in all, a really great cup of coffee and lots of breakfast options.
Got a medium hot latte with pistachio and raspberry. Place is cool. Good vibes. The folks friendly. Quiet enough to browse my phone and write a bit. I'd come back.
Everyone working here was kind, I ordered a London Fog + and it was great! The outdoor seating/garden is honestly an aesthetic photo opportunity too.
As someone who adores coffee shops, I really wanted to love this place. The space itself is cool — lots of natural light, a creative vibe, and solid Wi-Fi. It’s definitely a good option if you need to get some work done or meet a friend. I ordered the cardamom latte, and while the flavor was nice, it didn’t blow me away. What really took away from the experience was that even when you’re staying in, they serve everything in paper or plastic cups. No ceramic mugs, no eco-friendly vibes — and for me, that’s a big part of the experience. I also got the muffin with egg and goat cheese. It was spicy and super oily. Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d order again. Another small (but important) detail: they don’t offer stevia — only sugar and artificial sweeteners. If you care about clean options, that might be a downside. So… Cool vibes? Yes. Would I come back? Maybe — but not for the food or coffee experience.
