Crema's Take
“Sunny's is a beloved neighborhood breakfast destination where generous, flavor-packed plates like cheesy grits scrambles and massive breakfast burritos inspire customers to order based on what they see at neighboring tables. The quiet, unhurried atmosphere makes it perfect for lingering over coffee and pastries with friends or family, backed by genuinely attentive service that keeps locals returning year after year. With consistently excellent execution on traditional morning fare and an impressive balance of quality and portion size, this is the kind of place that deserves your support.”

Get here and support this place! Were there on a warm Thurs recently around noon, the place was too quiet for as good as it was. Sorry forgot her name, we're old, but our waitress was great. She moved from CA but with her and the great food, it was good. Pancakes were huge and fluffy, and the eggs/bacon were solid and nice hash browns. We were visiting from TN but we'll try to make it back
Sunny's was delicious! I got the cheesy grits with my scramble, and my friend got the HUGE breakfast burrito. Both were amazing, and the guy at the table next to us ordered based on our plates haha! The coffees were very well made and honestly the best Americano and Cappuccino I've had all year. Its a cozy and bright space and just feels so welcoming. We will be back!
Second restaurant I'm visiting on my first trip to Colorado. As America's #1, undisputed breakfast enjoyer four years running, I truly think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Moreover I think it's impossible to go wrong with Sunny's to start off one's day. The restaurant features quick, friendly service with a charming, quaint atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I ordered the special, which was a goat cheese scramble and I was blown away by it immediately. Carmelized onions, goat cheese, cremini mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes may sound like a bit much, but it comes together to make a perfect breakfast experience. In short. Must see spot in Sunnyside, CO
It has been a while since I had a great huevos rancheros The price is flavor and amount balance is totally worth it Can't wait to try other dishes
The past few years we have made this our first stop when we fly into Denver. Today I had the Delish and it was delicious. The sausage is so good. The bacon was crisp and flavorful. The daughter loves the Açaí bowl. The chorizo is amazing. Highly recommend!
