Mudslinger's Drive-Thru Coffee
23 N Freya St, Spokane, WA
Crema's Take
“Mudslinger's Drive-Thru in Spokane has built a loyal following around its playful, customizable experience—you can pick your straw color and even purchase their quality glass cups separately, which feels more like a coffee ritual than a quick caffeine run. Their signature creations like the Mud Lovers blended coffee (loaded with chocolate and espresso) and seasonal specials like Red Velvet lattes show real creativity beyond standard drive-thru fare, though recent reviews suggest the quality hasn't been as consistent as it once was for their longtime customers.”

I had this D-LICIOUS Red Velvet Cupcake with white coffee. I'm in love!! I got to pick the straw color and charm. I purchased the glass separate. Yes, glass! It's really nice quality, too.
I ultimately love there Mud lovers 24 oz Blended Coffee 4 shots with everything on it. If you are a chocolate lover, this is the one to die for! Just kidding 😂! The young gals that work there are super nice excellent customer service experience. Everytime I am there I use my ex spouses phone number to possibly get a free drink lol
We have gone to this stand for 5 plus years nearly daily. The coffee stand use to be much better. The service, price and coffee used to be great. Over the past year or so, its declined a bit. Their coffee is still good usually, but compared to the other 4 coffee shops within a mile, its mediocre and overpriced. I still go here from time to time because its a small business and they usually have a smaller line than DB or Wake up call. The coffee is still "cute" and custom. That said, you can expect to pay a higher price than neighboring stands.
The coffee was not good and when I asked for a refund, I was informed that only the owner could approve a refund from a card. Next time, call the owner or post a written policy or sign so that customers know. For me, there will be no next time. These coffee stands are a dime a dozen and there are a lot of better places from which to choose.
Honestly, this was a 2.5 stars review. I came here due to the bucket cups and the caramel cold brew I got was alright. Honestly, it tasted no different from a McDonald's ice coffee. The service was ok and nothing special. What surprised me, was I got charged $18 for a 48 oz and how they didn't post any price list on their menu outside. Would I return, it was nice to experience a bucket sized coffee drink. However, they can't be upfront with their prices; which leads to a lot of distrust. One and done deal for me at this place.
