Crema's Take
“Brü Coffee Hause is an espresso-focused spot in Spokane that's earning serious praise for creative signature drinks and thoughtful cold brew, with customers raving about surprise lattes and chai tea that puts chain coffee to shame. Their drive-thru setup makes it easy to grab quality coffee and pastries on the go, though consistency seems to be a work in progress based on recent feedback about drink strength and sizing. The vibe here leans into specialty drinks and creative experimentation, making it feel like more than just a quick caffeine stop if you're willing to give their house creations a try.”

I ordered a surprise latte & swisser bagel sandwich. It was one of the best iced coffees I've ever had!! Both were absolutely delicious! Love the cups they give out. I ordered beignets too, but unfortunately it wasn't working out great for the barista - so she substituted them for the mini waffles. I didnt realize there was extra sugar/flavoring at the bottom of the bag, so I suggest shaking it up well or pour on as needed. They were yummy! The gals there were lovely - thank you for a great first experience.
My husband ordered a cold brew and I ordered a latte with oatmilk. My latte was $8. When I got it, it was almost translucent, so I assumed it was my husband’s drink. I figured out that they had put so much ice (up to the lid) that they couldn’t fit much oatmilk. It was gone in a few sips. Beignets had odd charred/electrical flavor, and cost $2.50 a piece despite being tiny.
The drink was great however it was the wrong size. I ordered a 20 oz and received a 16. I also managed to finish the drink in about 5 minutes after leaving the drive-thru. The drink is mostly ice which I do know as a former barista is the most cost-affective option for the owners. In all honesty it just seems a little steep for what you get. Probably would only come here once a month. Beyond that, I always find myself waiting 5+ minutes in the drive thru the last 2 times I came. Last time I waited 15 minutes total. 10 minutes behind a person and 5 minutes at the window. The coffee (and matcha) is great but I think they could tone the ice down a little and pick up the pace.
$50 for 3 drinks 3 breakfast Sandwiches. My husband and I's coffee was undrinkable. Tasted like it was made with dirty water. When I went to pour it out there were pieces of something black in my cup. Way overpriced. Sandwiches were fine but small. Could have gone to McDonald's and been happier.
Hands down, the best place in Spokane to get your coffee/tea/snacks, whatever! My husband got the chai tea and said he wouldn’t be able to drink the Starbucks version after that. I had no idea what I wanted, and spewed off what I liked to the sweet girl working there. She said she’d handle it, and surprised me with the most delicious, blended, protein filled, coffee drink I’ve ever had. Also, my kids and I LOVE the cups. The little heart on top literally makes our day. They’re 3 & 6, and they both get the Tangerine juice. That’s right, where can you go where your kids can get Tangerine Juice?! Anyway, best service, best drinks, sweetest people ever. Support local, support small business, and most importantly, keep smiling!!
