Tandem Bagel Company

Bagels are awesome. Coffee is great. The Hadley store needs to get new large coffee cups with lids that FIT. Today is the third time that a lid has come loose on my coffee and spilled on me, my car, my desk, etc.. Brought it to the managers attention the first time it happened and he said that they were aware of the problem. Gave me a ToGo Mug and a GC and apologized profusely. He was very empathetic and understanding, but that was 4 months ago and had the same issue again this morning. I know to grab the cup with both hands, but once that lid falls off, it's impossible to keep the coffee from spilling. I don't want to stop doing business with them. I prefer their bagels and coffee over their competitors, and I want to support a local business. But it is about time that they need to fix the issue with their coffee cup lids.

My wife and I saw this ad on Facebook advertising a French toast bagel with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese; so we decided to make a trip out to our closest location. And it did not disappoint! Food was excellent, my wife loved the French toast bagel, and I ended up getting the Spicy breakfast sandwich. I definitely recommend that sandwich if you enjoy spicy foods generally. Jude was excellent, he helped us pick out additional items, and was just overall a pleasant person! We love employees that love to work for their establishment!

More bagels than u can shake a stick at! Y would anyone shake a stick at anything? Idk! Tandem bagels is a wonderful cafe experience they have a great system of ordering in-store that handles a high volume of customer flow, purchases of a dozen or more can earn u a complimentary tub of cream cheese! There’s ample in-store seating for dining in. If u call ur order in & pay with a credit card u can drivethru at the pick up window and never get out of your car! There is an amazing selection of Fresh bagels to select from the garlic bagel is my favorite. Surprisingly t/ coffee is good too! There is a full coffee bar to select from iced or hot each cup is prepared to ur specification. I highly recommend this Tandem bagel location i have not been to the others but this space is well lit and roomy& being able to call an order in & grab & go from the window is awesome when jumping onto the nearby highway! The ins-store clerk who took my order was really nice and patient and helped me place my order she was very detailed i thank her for a great bagel experience!

Arrived at 6:45am (15 minutes after opening) with only four pickup orders ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese. The order taker was friendly, but with eight staff on, the pace was painfully slow. Staff was busy making coffees for each other while orders lagged. $7+tax for this BEC is too high. The everything bagel was extremely salty and the "egg" was a pre formed patty (not a fresh cracked egg). I tossed the bagel out after one bite. This was my very first visit to Tandem, and it will be my last. Very disappointing.

Excellent!! Highly recommend. I had a great breakfast bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a chai latte. Great cozy atmosphere with an outdoor terrace as well. I will definitely be returning many times. Their bagels are so good and they had many interesting bagel flavors that I would like to try.
