Crema's Take
“Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters has cultivated the kind of welcoming, unhurried atmosphere that makes you want to linger for hours with a book or friend—their staff genuinely remembers faces and goes out of their way to make both regulars and newcomers feel at home. The espresso-forward menu shines through thoughtful pour overs and specialty drinks, while their everything bagels and full breakfast spread make it easy to justify settling in for the morning, and their coffee discount for regulars is a nice touch that rewards loyalty.”

I wish I lived closer. This was a great setting and a place I'd love to frequent with my book/laptop. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I'll leave that to others. But the everything bagel with olive cream cheese was absolutely fantastic. Very tasty. I got a triple berry smoothie and it was perfectly made. I appreciated the separate room for sitting down, which was a bit quieter than the main room (where there was also seating). All-in-all, highly recommended. If I'm in the area again, I'll be back.
We were so impressed by the service at this location! Our barista Mila went above and beyond repeatedly to help us and made us feel extremely welcome as new people in town. In addition, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Looks like we found our new go-to coffee place. We look forward to coming back!
So glad I found this place! The staff are incredibly nice and personable and they have been very patient and accommodating when I have visited with my young child. I also love the coffee discount they offer if you bring your own mug— what a great way to encourage sustainability!
I ordered a greenfield sandwich with an extra egg substitute sausage for bacon. What I got was a bagel with cream cheese. Do not understand how you can forget to put sausage and two eggs on a breakfast sandwich. It was same bagel I ordered with the cream cheese that comes on the sandwich, so I can tell they just forgot to put the eggs and sausage on. I wouldn’t rely on this place for breakfast. This ruined my morning.
To be honest, it's been a while since I went out to a coffee shop with my dear friend Gwyn, but this Saturday morning we decided to get back to the tradition of it all. She chose Shelburne Falls because it's currently her favorite coffee shop, she goes there like every Thursday. So we drive into the parking lot, and it doesn't exactly look like a coffee shop from the outside, but then again, what's a coffee shop supposed to look like? I had driven past there so many times without ever knowing what it was. The shop was busy, I mean, Saturday morning and all, gotta expect that. At points there were lines out the door. Tons of UMass girls, kinda intimidating because they all look the same with their straightened hair and full faces of makeup. We snagged a table and set up to do homework after we ordered. I got a large soy latte and Gwyn got her usual, a spiced maple latte, she said it was really good. Both of us burned our tongues on our drinks, but to be fair that's mostly user error because we can't wait for anything. The bathroom is way in the back around the corner and behind a tapestry, so it felt like a forbidden place. There's a sign up front that points to it though, so easy enough to find. The bathroom itself was real bougie, there's a nice chair and wardrobe, except its also super drafty, so I can't 100 percent garauntee that it's not haunted by a ghost. All in all, good customer service, good coffee, and good vibes.
