Wake Up Call - Northwest Blvd

This is the first time I've been here. I tried the double Decker latte. Very good. The baristas were fast courteous and helpful.

Came through today for the first time, the lady at the window was so helpful and had all the answers to my questions about holiday drinks! I loved my chai, I will definitely be back! Not to mention, she was so kind even though it was busy! They seem like a very popular spot in town.

Today was my first time at this coffee stop and it was a great experience! Ian was at the drive-thru window and was wonderful! I ordered a caramel macchiato with all the trimmings and it was delicious! Thank you so much for the great customer service and you definitely have a new customer for life!

I am OBSESSED with this location! The other day, my spouse and I were in line behind like two cars and when we got to the window, they already had our drinks made! The staff here is truly OUTSTANDING. Like, we have barista friends and that they are able to create that atmosphere of welcome through a drive thru is really amazing. Also, when they switched their oatmilk to something that was awful, the staff encouraged me to reach out to customer service and I did and within a couple of weeks we were back to the amazing oatmilk that fuels the coffee drink that makes me able to face the day. They are responsive and kind all the way to the top. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

I was surprised how well laid out the store is. Each window and counter has their own hot station as shown. This place can handle volume. The coffee is the best testing I have had since Jitterz Java closed. If you have not tried this location you should. The cafe inside is cozy for two to enjoy a coffee or a snack together.
