Crema's Take

This Harrison spot serves authentic Peruvian breakfast and traditional drinks in a genuinely warm atmosphere, though the kitchen moves at its own leisurely pace since they're making everything fresh to order. The food quality is genuinely polarizing—some folks find the authenticity worth the wait, while others feel the service speed and pricing don't match up—but the vibe and hospitality from the staff seem to be the most consistent bright spot. If you're craving real Peruvian flavors and can settle in for a slow, unhurried meal, it might be worth a visit, though the coffee itself doesn't seem to be what brings people back.

I waited more than 40 minutes for an order of picarones, and several customers who arrived after me placed their order and gone before my food was ready. I had asked whether the mix was homemade or boxed, and unfortunately the taste said it all — the picarones were undercooked and didn’t have the authentic flavor. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

1st time eating on that restaurant and let me tell you that is a authentic peruvian cuisine, the flavor is real peruvian they do take a little time preparing the food but I guaranteed is fresh and it wort waiting for it.the prices are nice compare with the other fake peruavian restaurants. 11 dollars for a menu that comes with a soup and drink yiu can't beat thay.i do recommend 200% that's my new spot for now.

Automatically added 15% tip involuntarily from my selection during the point of sale, I never had that happen to me before lol Coffee is mid too, not worth it. This place is going to go out of business very soon Good luck! Update me: Please kindly post the receipt to show everyone on the internet. Normally businesses charge a gratuity of party's greater than two. Even then it's informal to automatically choose to tip on behalf of client without consulting with them first. Please post the receipt with the 15% percent and even the video because I noticed the establishment to show everyone in the community the truth. Good luck with your business establishment but unfortunately with those practices it will not last long. Take care.
