Sunny Eggs

Currently my wife, daughter and myself are eating in at Sunny Eggs - it’s so good I had to pull up Google Maps and do a review… Sunny Eggs has to be one of the better bakeries I’ve ever been to. Coffee, top notch. Green juice, fantastic. The chocolate chip custard twist pastry is without question the best pastry I’ve ever had. I typically avoid custard and usually am not a fan of anything custard but the custard at SE is unreal. I would go as far as to say it’s the best desert I’ve ever had, period. the egg bacon egg bite is on the same level. Just all around outstanding bakery. Who knows, we may just stay here all day and try every single item they make.

I highly recommend Sunny Eggs for breakfast or lunch. Everything felt fresh and health-forward. I had the salmon sandwich drizzle with basil paste, smoked salmon, roasted tomato, avocado, fresh greens, and two organic eggs on toast. The roasted tomato was slightly overpowering, but otherwise it was delicious. My husband ordered the Piggy Kokotte, which was very flavorful. The Bloody Mary was one of the better ones I’ve had. They also offer plenty of fresh pastries to choose from. Service was very friendly. The space is small, but we only waited a few minutes for a table.

Love the crockpot eggs. Excellently cooked to just the way we liked, or you would like, avocado is with everything. Very healthy and tastes wonderful, highly recommend but this is a small spot so will fill up quickly.

Great brunch place! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! The service was warm and inviting. The menu is very creative. Not good for large parties as it is a small Cafe. They do offer take out meals, though! If the wait is long, get it to go and find a shady spot nearby to enjoy. It will be worth it! Large portions, delicious coffee and the pastries are made in house. We will definitely return if ever in the area. If you have sensitivity to regular eggs, they use organic ones so you are good to go! (Organic =cage free, Google it)

A perfect breakfast spot! Everything was so delicious! We ordered the Funny Bunny juice, Salmon Egg Benedict, and Palm Breakfast with Salmon, plus cappuccinos, all super fresh and flavorful. The place itself is cozy, pretty, clean, and very accessible. We were a large group, and even though the space isn’t ideal for big parties, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service was exceptional, friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. And the pastries… wow! We tried the cinnamon roll and the chocolate chip muffin, both absolutely delicious! A wonderful spot for breakfast or brunch in the Keys, can’t wait to come back! 🥐☕🌞
