The Hive Superfood Eats & Organic Cafe - Santa Monica

There was plenty of seating when we walked in and we got to order our drinks right away and it’s really clean inside and I would say reasonably priced for a Santa Monica and a huge selection of drinks and eats. The drinks here are packed with protein, which is amazing for a quick pick me up after a work out in the area. You can find parking on the street outside. I love the wooden and colorful vibes here. And the staff is really kind.

Love the breakfast bowls. They are truly delicious, freshly made, and tasty. Service is always welcoming and fast.

Absolutely loved the Buddha Bowl! Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and super whole food–forward. The ingredients were seasoned perfectly—exactly the kind of food I want to put in my body. It’s clear a lot of care goes into this meal. I just wish it were around $12 before tax so more people could access healthy food like this. A lunch special could make a huge difference and open the door for more folks to eat out and feel good about it. The vibe inside is great too—calm atmosphere and super supportive, uplifting messaging on the walls. Love what this place stands for!

Food is pretty yummy and tasty, but not out of this world. Nothing remarkable. Portions are small, prices are high. You don’t get your money’s worth here. The vibe is pretty nice and grungy, but its unattended: there were 2 dirty tables left for quite a while during my stay. Nice spot, but for the price, i would expect much better.

I am obsessed with the macro bowls here. The Hive can accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies which I really appreciate. Always a hearty serving of protein (which is key if you are trying to hit a protein goal). I love these bowls post workout.
