8th & Roast Coffee
1 Terminal Dr, Nashville, TN
Crema's Take
“8th & Roast has real potential when staffing clicks, as evidenced by their early morning crew who nailed a cappuccino with oat milk during a holiday rush—but consistency seems to be their Achilles heel, with reviews ranging from lukewarm coffee and frustratingly slow service to praise for decent pastries. The pricing leans premium, so you're paying airport-adjacent rates for what feels like traditional, straightforward coffee shop fare rather than specialty-roasted excellence. If you're grabbing a quick bite between flights or meetings, it might work in a pinch, though you'll want to manage expectations around wait times and coffee quality.”

Had one person working during peak morning hours. Waited in line for over ten minutes to then be told it takes 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich.
Great cap with oat milk for my return flight while waiting in terminal d the Saturday after thanksgiving! Teamwork was terrific at 545 am!
Coffee - lukewarm and flavor was eh. No coffee stirrers. Breakfast sandwich was decent, not great. Service slow.
I was charged 8.41 for a "large" cappuccino. These are like 2045 postwar economic hyperinflation coffee prices. Tasted alright.
I came here by accident thinking it’s the other coffee shop further down the path, and got a chai latte as I’d read it was recommended at that other coffee shop. However here it wasn’t good to my taste and tasted too spicy and with some esoteric taste, not exactly like a typical chai latte which I really like. It was okay not horrible though.
