Fern & Fossil Café

Sam, the owner and the host was very welcoming. Along with a Calm and cool atmosphere which highlighted this unique activity creating our own terrariums for date night! I was able to relax and enjoy my latte while soft r&b played in the background. It was a lovely and grounding experience.

I purchased a Groupon for Fern & Fossil's Sunday sips terrarium making class. My cousin and I went this past Sunday and had a lovely time. Very bright and airy cafe with tons of beautiful plants everywhere. The terrarium making was so fun! The owner Sam provided all the materials and instructed us each step of the way. Grabbed a pumpkin spiced latte on my way out and I was delish. I will definitely be back for coffee or even for their game night!

Came here after church on Sunday with my wife and daughter and had a wonderful time! They loved creating their own terrariums while I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and Samantha was phenomenal—she made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. It was absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be coming back often. Loved this place!

Me and my family did the fern and fossil build your own terrarium and it was so fun! absolutely beautiful place, great vibes. 10/10 recommend.

Surprised with a terrarium building birthday gift!! idk what I expected but Fern & Fossil is a welcoming, chill green space - ideal for plant lovers and nature loving folks living in the Newark area🌱🪴 !! The owner Samantha was very kind and I wish nothing but the best for this business!
