Crema's Take

This cozy North End-inspired café in Medford has mastered the art of the perfect breakfast sandwich and creamy cappuccino, drawing a steady stream of locals who linger over espresso and fresh pastries in a genuinely welcoming space. The Italian owners clearly care about quality—from their soft, perfectly toasted bread to their carefully sourced ingredients in paninis and salads—creating the kind of place where you're encouraged to slow down and stay awhile. Whether you're after a traditional cappuccino, a prosciutto and caprese sandwich, or their legendary sausage, egg, and cheese on a pillowy roll, this spot delivers consistent, unpretentious excellence that feels like a neighborhood gem.

It's like going to the North End without going to the North End... Highly recommend their Prosciutto Caprese... A really good sangwich!

Hands down the best sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! The bread was soft with just the right toast, the egg perfectly cooked, and the sausage full of flavor. I actually thought about ordering another one even though I was already full — that’s how good it was. The place has a cozy, authentic feel, and the Sicilian orange soda paired perfectly with my breakfast. It’s cash only, but totally worth it. Looking forward to coming back here again to try more from their menu.

Super cute small local cafe. Cappuccinos were super tasty and my prosciutto+caprese sandwich was lovely. The bread was fresh and crunchy with a fluffy interior. Full of locals taking their time and catching up with friends.

A small Italian cafe run by very nice people.. we had a salad, panini and cappuccino and we have no complaints!! We were too full to try their desserts, but they looked really tasty.. maybe next time! Big outdoor seating space! Perfect for a summer evening!
