Johnson's Bakery & Coffee Shop

I'm going to be so for real right now~ I'm not a huge donut person but Johnson's makes me a donut person. They're so fresh and taste so much better than any donut I've ever had. Service is speedy & friendly. You can grab some other goodies while you're there too! HIGHLY recommend.

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband that we picked up on our way to a family vacation in Lutsen and the cake was one of the best I've had an years!! It was beautifully decorated in fall colors and Chris was so great to work with making certain it was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend and will stop by again when we are in the Duluth area!

Old school bakery so it’s not going for looks of the building. The donuts are reasonably priced and tasty. Looked quiet from the outside so a surprise when there was a huge line on the inside. Definitely recommend to someone who wants a quick treat or doesn’t want to be the coworker who brings gas stations donuts.

Great bakery. I got the personal size strawberry pie. Which was more like strawberry shortcake but still was great. I will be back to try some donuts.

So happy with our experience working with Johnson’s Bakery! I pre-ordered donuts for a Halloween-themed event, and their team went above and beyond crafting these super cute Ghost donuts. They were a hit at the event. This local bakery is a gem. They are a popular place for good reason, so be prepared to potentially wait in line (that’s when you know it’s good). If you’re heading to work and picking up donuts, I’d try to arrive early because everyone else has the same idea as you! Shout out to Barb!
