Crema's Take
“This Winter Park spot pushes beyond typical healthy-casual with genuinely impressive, flavor-forward food that earns passionate fans, though execution and consistency seem to be ongoing struggles. The kitchen clearly has creative ambitions with their signature bowls and full breakfast-to-dinner menu, but service can feel rushed or disorganized depending on when you visit. If you catch them on a good day, the thoughtfully made dishes are worth seeking out; just manage expectations around staff attentiveness and consistency in preparation.”

I wanted to love this place so much. My friend and I were the only people there and it took 15 minutes to make our smoothies (we got the green ones). They also only had 2/5 of the Milks listed. Each smoothie was 10.95 and they were truly so awful that we couldn’t take more than a couple of sips. 🙈 The service was also not very friendly or welcoming. It was cute in there though 🤷🏽♀️
I am honestly blown away by how incredibly tasty the food is. This isn’t “healthy food that’s just okay” — this is next-level delicious, flavorful, satisfying, and thoughtfully made. Every bite feels intentional, fresh, and nourishing. What I love most is how perfectly it aligns with my fitness goals without ever feeling like a compromise. I can eat here knowing I’m fueling my body well while genuinely enjoying my meal. That balance is rare — and Fresh & Co. absolutely nails it. This is how all of America should be eating: real food, clean ingredients, amazing flavor, and portions that actually make you feel good afterward. I cannot recommend Fresh & Co. enough. I truly hope they never go out of business — because it’s that good. I would do anything to make sure they stay around. The food was absolutely amazing, and I’ll be back again and again. If you care about your health and your taste buds, this place is a must. 🥗🔥
Hands-down, the best place I’ve been to so fresh, cava, chipotle and so many other places. This one’s definitely good especially because they have breakfast lunch and dinner açai bowls smoothies they definitely have it all.
I have always wanted to try this place, so I finally did today and the employees were unwelcoming and a bit strange. I felt uncomfortable and rushed out. But the food was the worst part. It was cold and soggy. The chicken smelled strange. I payed extra for the sweet potatoes , and they were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. I will not be coming back.
Ordered the salmon, quinoa, roasted carrots, mac and cheese, and roasted broccoli via a delivery app. This bowl is missing all of my selections minus the horrid smelling salmon and one tablespoon or so of quinoa. Instead, I got brussel sprouts that taste like paper, and sweet potatoes with the consistency of a rubber eraser. For $30, mind you. Promptly spat it out and threw it in the bin. I’ve ordered food from this place before in person and online hoping that they were one offs, but the food quality and portions has dropped significantly every single time. Please. Do not go here. Do not waste your money.
