Barista Del Barrio
2500 E 6th St, Tucson, AZ
Crema's Take
“Barista Del Barrio's second location brings the beloved west-side institution's legendary breakfast burritos and killer salsas to a roomier, more relaxed setting with plenty of outdoor seating perfect for lingering over coffee with friends. While the kitchen can get slammed during peak hours, the made-to-order approach means you're getting fresh, carefully prepared food—think perfectly cooked potatoes in their soyrizo burritos and authentic service that feels genuinely personal rather than corporate. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where locals are thrilled to have you here, balancing specialty coffee drinks with a full breakfast menu that clearly steals the show.”

This is their second location and it’s better because the seating options are triple their first. The line can get scary at times but be patient your food is ready usually 10 mins or less after ordering. The line also moves fairly quickly. They have it down to a science. You all know the burritos are legendary. The negative reviews are silly, why would anyone wait an hour for their order? Obviously something happened and mistakes are human? Thanks for opening #2!
This is a hidden gem in Tucson. It is an expansion of the original BdB that is on Grande. BnB offers, hands-down, the best breakfast burritos in town. The service is authentic and has the Tucson food-vibe we all love.
What a great addition to the neighborhood! So glad you guys are here. Just like the west side place, for me these are the best breakfast burritos in Tucson , salsas kick a$$ too! Owners/baristas are super friendly
We waited for over an hour for one 20 oz latte and a build your own burrito. At the over an hour mark we went up and asked for it and it had to be remade Absolutely not worth that wait.
I love the original Barista del barrio on the west side, and this one is just as delicious. The soyrizo breakfast burritos are my favorite - the potatoes are always cooked perfectly. Each order includes two “smaller” breakfast burritos instead of one large one, which feels like a treat but also reminds me how giant burros can be at other places. That said, the portions are still plentiful and the price is right! Their cold brew also goes well with the burritos. When I went on a Saturday morning, there was a line, but we waited for 10 minutes maximum and got our burritos in 5 minutes. They were already so efficient! And even though they were busy, there was plenty of space to sit inside and outside. Please give them a try when you’re in the area supporting the other local restaurants on this corner!
