Fire Fly Cafe

I just ate at this lovely Cafe. I have never once been here before until today. But the atmosphere was welcoming by the lovely lady. I forgot her name. And the food was super good, the wraps are to die for. I would definitely recommend eating here, even if your not here for the YMCA.

I have tried a chicken quesadilla and strawberry banana smoothie from here and they were both SO GOOD! And the prices are reasonable for it being a small business and using quality ingredients 👍👍 been missing tropical smoothie since moving here and this is a solid alternative

I was looking for some prepped meal options that are tasty and healthy…I think I’ve found it. We tried some of the big national brands as a busy couple without a ton of time to make meals. They were all fine for a while, but to be honest they never tasted great. We were between meal prep companies, and we got a recommendation for Individual Nutrition, so we went for it! Their meals were super varied, which was great. We went with all the gluten free options, because we’re that kind of household. They were great. Tasty protein bowls, great porketta and some fun apple protein pancakes! We ate and enjoyed all of them and it looks like their menu continues to expand with more options. I’ve heard rave reviews about their smoothies but haven’t tried them yet. They were easy to work with, the meals came as promised and in great shape, and they have been super fast to respond to any questions I’ve asked along the way. I’d highly recommend them, and we will certainly continue to order to make our lives easier while knowing we’re eating something healthy that actually tastes good!!

I just finished my first order from Individual Nutrition, and I am so impressed! They delivered my order on time and in a very lovely insulated bag. I tried three smoothies and three meals. All of the items were very good, but my favorites were the apple pie smoothie and the pork tenderloin meal. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for offering these healthy options and making them so easy to get!

Great experience so far, since we learned of Individual Nutrition. We're busy business owners and get a bag with meals ready to heat up and go, dropped off every Monday where we want and we are good to go all week with healthy meals. There is a ton of variety to select from.
