Salata
265 19th St NW, Atlanta, GA
Crema's Take
“This Atlanta spot opens later than your typical coffee shop, making it perfect for a leisurely afternoon caffeine run or meeting up with friends who aren't early risers. While Salata's real specialty is their generous build-your-own salads with unlimited toppings, their coffee service shines when you catch a knowledgeable barista like Tae who takes time to guide first-timers through the menu with genuine warmth. The vibe skews casual and family-friendly, though service can be inconsistent depending on timing and staffing.”

Very good first experience! We came at around 2:30pm. The restaurant was slow. Tae was very helpful. He asked if it was our first time and we told him that it was. He gave us an overview of what is offered and even made suggestions of his favorites and what goes together. My wife and daughter ordered "small" salads (not actually small lol) I ordered the "regular" (shareable). They have over 40 toppings so you can create whatever your heart desires. If you're a salad person, this is salad heaven! For 3 people with 3 drinks and 2 croissants we spent $59.... I must add that while I was typing this review a young man came in to order and the workers were in the back. Sounded like washing dishes. Nobody came out to greet him and he left without ordering 😳 and a young lady came from the back as he was leaving to go to the bathroom and just let him leave.
It was a great experience.Staff were kind and very informative.Food was great sizes are great ,with many different options to choose from. I definitely recommend if you want a good loaded salad.
The staff are very rude and unfriendly; some employees are not capable of performing their jobs. There are very long waits for online orders. Parking in this location is a big problem. I am very dissatisfied. I do not recommend it. Girl told me to wait, but after she went for eating … it was disgusting… no service at all !!!!
This was my first time here, I order a regular salad which can feed 2+ people, you get unlimited everything except the dressing and protein, the 2 dressing i chose was ceaser and avocado, which i didnt even use because everything went well together without it, the dinner area is spacious with a plugs to charge your devices, i went around lunch rush so it was pretty busy for a hour non stop, I also purchased a drink which was the strawberry lemonade or banana it was very refreshing. I only gave it a 4 because they didnt have any ice for my drink so that I could get another cup, other than the service and atmosphere was good. Try it!
I had a terrible experience with the staff here. They were unfriendly and unwelcoming, barely acknowledging me. Even when I asked for a cup of water, I received no response. I said thank you, and still, no acknowledgment. On top of that, I paid extra for baked pita chips and only received four chips in the bag—completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they charged me extra just for requesting my dressing on the side. That felt like a complete scam. Overall, the service was awful, and I wouldn’t return.
