Quix Chocolate

⛔️Absolutely disgusting experience with Quix. They clearly do NOT care about basic health and safety guidelines. My drink was sent completely unsealed , no tape, no sticker, nothing to show it hadn’t been tampered with. That is completely unacceptable. 🚫On top of that, it wasn’t even secured properly and spilled everywhere before it even reached me. The bag was soaked, the drink was wasted, and I had to throw it away immediately. Total waste of money. How hard is it to seal a cup properly? This is basic delivery safety. I honestly question their hygiene standards if they can’t even manage something this simple. Never ordering from here again. Do better.🛑

My husband, my son, and I stopped in today after a friend recommended their chocolate—and wow! The hot cocoa was hands down the best I’ve ever had. We also sampled a few of the chocolates and absolutely loved them. We will definitely be returning!

Seen some of their chocolate sold in store and I liked them so I decided to stop by and check out their shop. Belgian style chocolate. Small batches and made in store. They have so many chocolate options and gift ideas in store Truffles and bar is good. Chocolate is smooth and bar contain plenty of toppings. Truffles have a good balance of sweetness pair with melt in your mouth filling. They do use soy lecithin in their chocolate. It helps with quality control. But high end chocolate not supposed to have that.

This was maybe the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. At least the last 10 years. I’ve had other very high quality “tasting chocolate” style hot chocolates, but they were too rich to enjoy the whole thing. Quix on the other hand, is perfection. I went in a group of 4, and all of us had a hard time thinking of any hot chocolates we’ve ever had that were as good as this. Peak hot chocolate 10/10.

What a lovely chocolate shop!! Stopped in here before they closed up for the day and had a wonderful experience. The guy behind the counter was so patient and kind. I asked which chocolates were his favorite and he did not lead me astray! I loved the cappuccino cup (he gave me a sample!!) and I picked up a dark chocolate bunny and some classic prepackaged chocolates. Can’t wait to come back and try all their flavors! I’ve also been reading reviews about the hot chocolate and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. This is my new go-to sweet shop. Love it!!! So happy I found it!
