Crema's Take

This espresso-focused spot in Burlington nails both the craft and the vibe—regulars rave about their latte as some of the best they've had, while seasonal specials like the maple cappuccino keep things interesting. The sunlit, spacious room with big tables makes it equally perfect for lingering with a pour over or settling in with your laptop, backed by genuinely warm baristas who seem to actually enjoy being there. Come for the coffee expertise and stay for the unhurried neighborhood energy that keeps people coming back as their go-to.

Great coffee! I had a simple mug of their brew on tap and it was delicious. Come for the coffee, the food options are limited to pastries. Chill vibe and friendly service. Lots of space and big tables for gathering and gaming. High ceilings and large windows. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked in my fair share of bakeries, coffee shops, and breakfast restaurants and scout by far has the best latte I’ve had!! I never write reviews but I had to. I came in for the first time today, the barista gave a warm & calm welcome. The lavender earl grey syrup was delicious! The espresso was sooo nice and the milk was perfectly streamed. Overall a very pleasent experience, highly recommend!

My neighborhood coffee shop and I couldn't be happier. Always get great service from happy staff. Coffee is always on point. Treats are good and they offer some adventurous flavors which is nice. Great spot for meetings or for tackling work solo.

My visit to Scout O.N.E. was a charming experience that offered a taste of Burlington’s relaxed and cozy vibe. Tucked away in a sunlit corner, this café felt like a quiet haven—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful coffee moment or get some work done in a calm environment. The service stood out immediately: the baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick without ever seeming rushed. I ordered a hand-crafted London Fog and an espresso, both of which were excellent. The espresso was rich, fresh, and served in a proper-sized cup—no oversized, watered-down versions here. I also tried a locally made pastry that paired beautifully with my drink. While some might find the pricing a touch higher than other spots on North Street, I felt the quality and experience justified it. The atmosphere was very quiet—almost library-like—which might not be for everyone. But if you're into slow mornings, quiet productivity, or just a break from the hustle, this place is a gem. There’s also plenty of free street parking, which made the visit even more convenient. Scout O.N.E. isn’t trying to be flashy—it’s about warmth, quality, and attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed and would absolutely return for another calm and delicious coffee experience.
