Fat Bee Cafe Shawnee

This is my second time attempting to try this location and I’ve decided to lay out my thoughts. - They always run out of toppings. - The lobby smells like sewer or half dried laundry. - The workers are not very friendly they don’t greet you when you walk in. - The cashier was going to charge me extra for a topping that I didn’t choose but because she said they ran out of coconut for my drink. That doesn’t make any sense. I had to ask her to take it off.

We had only been to the one in downtown KCMO & loved it, so we stopped when we were out & this shop is even better!! Great service & coffee.

Underwhelmingly mid. Do not get the matcha milk tea here! All the furniture and vibes are nice and cute upon entering, but the employees staring at you like you’re a bother definitely makes things uncomfortable real quick. Happy I got some cute pics, but that’s about the only highlight of this visit ☹️😂🤳🏼

This is a really nice place with many different sweet options. I was a little sad they only have milk or condensed milk. No half &half or cream. I settled for a latte with milk, and he got the strawberry milk shake. It's very sweet, and strawberry 🍓 only took one drink, considering I can't have a lot of sugar. My coffee was hot, rich, and tasted like it had cream from milk added. I really liked the ambiance and that I could recycle ♻️ everything. Cup,straw,and cute heart coffee topper.

* Drinks : I ordered the Creme brûlée milk tea with brown sugar boba, flan pudding, regular ice and regular sweetness. Honestly it tasted great and exactly how I imagined it to taste like. I definitely would come back and try their other drinks. * Place/ Atmosphere: This boba shop is super cute! I love the design of this place . It’s very clean and modern. It’s a great space to hangout with your friends and drink boba. * Service: the cashier was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend if you’re around this area and is craving something sweet.
