Uncharted Tea

I ordered a bubble tea but the employee made it cold. I stopped her when I heard her shake the ice cubes. I told her I wanted it hot. It was clear she was annoyed at my request and said the default was cold. I had wrongly assumed it was going to be hot but she could have asked me in the first place and not assume I knew how it worked there. How was I to know when it was my first time in the store?

Delicious Sleigh Queen! All the staff was wonderful and polite. I told the young man there was a bunch of junk under the front counter and he promptly cleaned it up! I always stop here when In Portland! Thank you and Happy New Year!

Uncharted has a few huge features over other boba places that make it our family’s go-to location in the area. First, it makes its drinks from real tea (not powder!) so you can order it less/not sweet. Second, they make a homemade lavender reduction that is the best. Finally, their teas are delicious! Highly recommend.

This place has been one of my favorite parts of visiting Portland. The staff is super friendly and loves talking about their reccomendations and the process. They have a giant menu and a really nice, multi-level seating area that feels inviting and comfortable. If I was a local I could see myself being a regular of this establishment. I've visited twice so far and I've loved both times. The boba and tea is amazing and flavorful and the toast I had was well made. This is a place that you get your money's worth, every time. I tried the Kraken (thai tea) and the Leviathan (taro and nitro coffee) and they were both phenomenal! I just might have to stop by a third time. 100/10 experience.
