Remedy Coffee

Not good if you just want plain unadulterated coffee. For some reason these people cannot serve a hot cup of coffee to save their life. Even Starbucks as bad as they are can do better than this place. And the metal chairs they have to sit in are brutally cold like sitting on a peice of ice. Been there twice now. Don't need a repeat visit. If you are interested in other types of coffee than just a plain black cup of joe, then you might enjoy this place more than I did. Service was good.

This place is amazing. An absolute gem. Atmosphere is bar none phenomenal. Staff was friendly and kind, accommodated what I asked for although it wasn’t on the menu - a “Red Eye” which is espresso over coffee versus a traditional Americano which they do offer, which is espresso over water. My Red Eye was delicious as ever. Ambiance of the spot is great, they have some neat artwork and decorations. Prices were nice and affordable. Quality of the coffee was excellent. The other thing I need to mention is the local music shows. We came for the show but wanted to support the coffee shop as well so we came early and had coffee before the show. We saw local bands Do Yourself In, Belljar, World Of Ruin, Deceit, and the KY band Retribution. Show was amazing, see their back room by the bathrooms for show posters or follow Broken Oath Promotions, East Tennessee Hardcore Collective, Knoxville Metal for show info. Support your local scene and support your local coffee shop. I’m so glad this crew, coffee shop, and venue exists. We need this.

This spot is too rad. I feel like I have finally found the people who speak my language. For my first time visiting, I chose the best day of all (Halloween). Cannot wait to come back. 🪦☕️

Been here twice, both times have been very good. Got a nitro cold brew today and it had a great taste. Paired well with the sandwich I got next door. Parking hasn’t been bad when ive been, esp for a place so close to downtown.

Remedy coffee was awesome! Had a hot vanilla latte with their homemade syrup, which was terrific! The vibe in the shop was great, there were lots of plants and knick knacks making it feel very homey. also has wifi for working, which was great!
