Crema's Take

This in-house roastery fills a rare late-night coffee gap in Sacramento with genuinely excellent espresso drinks and creative options like their standout espresso martini, all served by a genuinely warm team that takes pride in their craft. It's the kind of place where you'll linger over a cortado in a relaxed atmosphere, whether you're catching up on work or just soaking in the chill vibes before they close at 10 PM on weekends. Their house-roasted beans shine brightest in slower preparations like pour overs, and the fresh pastries round out an experience that feels thoughtfully put together rather than rushed.

Since there aren't many options available for coffee after 4-PM in Sac....Decided to check out WTC got here 20 min before closing the service and the Cortado ☕️ was GREAT!! Nice chill vibes 👍

One of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had served by the sweetest man. Francisco was a delight and did a wonderful job of representing the company, filling us in on how the coffee is roasted here locally and just generally being a delight. Beautiful shop, perfect cup, my husband and I will definitely be back.

EDIT: Went back and wifi kept cutting out every hour. Made my work frustrating. Espresso was good. 1st VISIT: Friendly staff. Great space to work on your laptop. $10 for a drink and a bread. Thai tea is made with powder. Cinnamon muffin was stale or dry. The bathroom for customers was pretty filthy.

My first time here and I was very pleased with the location, service, shop and coffee. There was no wait time, the shop was very clean, and the barista was very friendly and asked the right questions to make sure we ordered the correct drink. The Capuchino and Macha were right on point. It will probably be one of my-go-to next time I am around DOCO.
