That said, this rating is based on only 14 reviews, so it's too early to trust, and at least one regular customer flagged the ownership as a reason to skip it in favor of genuinely local spots like Terra Bagels nearby. If you're indifferent to corporate ownership and want a clean, welcoming spot with competent coffee, it's fine; if you're trying to support actual local business, the block has better options.”

Love this new coffee spot!
So excited for this location to open up right downtown! Cam and Ariel welcomed us with such a warm smile and enthusiasm. Lots of gluten free options and sugar free syrups. My iced hazelnut latte was delicious! Will definitely be a frequent go to for me!
