Randy’s Donuts
3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
Crema's Take
“Tucked inside Resorts World casino, this location serves up Randy's signature donuts alongside solid specialty drinks like matcha tea and creative cronuts, though quality and freshness seem inconsistent depending on when you visit. The space is clean and the coffee is genuinely good, but be prepared for premium Vegas pricing and variable service energy. If you catch them on a good day with fresh inventory, you'll understand the devoted fans—just manage expectations about both cost and consistency.”

It is a shame there are a lot of negative reviews on this. I have only had a great experience. This is the best donut I have had, and I love donuts. Not too pricey and the coffee is good as well. Give it a try, it is fast casual so not sure why all the negatives on service.
Tried the Matcha Tea Raised donut and it was too sweet for me and also pricey. The place is clean and nice. The service is ok.
They have amazing cronuts here! Stopped in for coffee one morning and the next morning had coffee and a cronut. The coffee is pretty good too. Service is ok… pricing is high though. The poor customer service part about this place is that I asked for a cup of water and they said they only sell bottles, they don’t give free cups of water. This needs to change!
Absolute trash: 1) Located in a very inconvenient spot inside an actual casino 2) Stale / old donuts (all of them) 3) Insane prices ($54 for a box of 12 and that wasn’t even the nicest donuts). They classify their donuts into tiers: classic, premium, deluxe, and one higher… and guess where just your standard donuts are - yes premium or deluxe. Also customer service is non existent - just a sassy impatient overworked cashier. I hope this business and Vegas in general goes bankrupt - long overdue for it.
Disappointing experience at Randy’s Donuts in Resorts World. We ordered three donuts, and all were dry, stale, and completely flavorless. To top it off, the staff lacked any personality or enthusiasm, making the visit feel lifeless. Would not recommend.
