“Press is a charming three-person operation tucked into a Berkeley campus corner that punches above its weight with genuinely excellent espresso drinks and a thoughtful matcha program. The outdoor seating nestled near trees creates an unexpectedly peaceful study or meeting spot, and while pastries are solid and consistent, the real draw is a team that clearly cares about getting your coffee right. Fair warning: sandwiches skew pricey and the espresso opinions are split, so come for the matcha lattes and specialty drinks, not the food.”

Real cool coffee and light fare spot operated by charming team of three. Drinks and food are great. Coffee is officially best on campus. Nice corner close to trees and conveniently located near libraries. Love love love Press Café ❤️
