Crema's Take

Woerner Cafe + Catering is a charming Hill Country gathering spot that doubles as an antique store and gift shop, creating an unexpectedly rich atmosphere for lingering over coffee and conversation. Their generous portions and house-made pastries—locals rave about the "Sammy"—pair perfectly with the laptop-friendly vibe, making it equally suited for a solo work session or a leisurely family brunch that feels more like a destination than a pit stop.

This cafe is exceptional. The ambiance is so Charming and the service is top notch. Enjoyed the Cobb salad and the turkey sandwich. Highly recommend the Sammy. Just fantastic.

We enjoyed our stop here for lunch during a day in the hill country. While service was quite slow, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was enjoyable to spend time in with my family. The shop attached to the restaurant is cute, and has many wonderful options to browse and purchase.

My wife and I are locals who have eaten at the previous location for this business many times. Was letting everyone else crowd the doors at first opening of this location. Nothing beats the ambiance of the original, but this was well done. Food, wife, and I both had the daily special- meatloaf with mashed potatoes (skin on) and gravy,as well as fresh green beans. Yummy! Coconut cream pie for dessert. Will try again. New,young, waitress. Hope she gets better! Tips are crucial!

The service was "ok" but we don't require much either. The food was amazing and huge portions. My daughter and I could have split the BLAT sandwich and it was packed full of turkey and bacon. But we took the rest to the hotel and had a delicious late night snack. The flavors were so tasty. We will be back to try something else the next time we are in town. The little shop is cute too

We came here for brunch. It is a very spacious family friendly restaurant. It is also an antique store, bakery and gift shop. Every dish we had was delicious. Considering we were a large party, we were not only greeted but also served perfectly. We will definitely be coming back!
