Homecoming Book Cafe
520 16th St N, Birmingham, AL
Crema's Take
“Tucked into Birmingham's book-lover haven, this café seamlessly blends freshly brewed coffee with shelves of curated titles and a welcoming game room perfect for lingering hours. The real magic happens when you time your visit right—their warm, fresh-baked pastries arrive throughout the day, and you can settle in with a view of Grand Park while a board game awaits on the table beside you. It's the kind of place that feels like a discovery, where the coffee is secondary to the genuine comfort of belonging.”

I wish I had known this was here earlier I would have spent some serious time reading here. There's a space with tables and board games- a very nice hang out spot
I was blessed to be there when their fresh baked goods were delivered. Still warm! I had cookies and browsed all the titles that were readily available plus a view to grand park across the street. It was sort of like a homecoming. The atmosphere softened my visit.
