The Buzzed Goat Coffee

Disappointed with the croissant — it felt more like chocolate-filled tissue paper than a proper pastry. It just didn’t taste fresh or flaky the way a good croissant should. That said, the service was good and the coffee. It was my first visit, and most likely my last.

I got lost & ended up in a great mini restaurant called the Buzzed Goat Coffee company. It is on the south east corner of Southern and McClintock. I highly recommend coming here! It even has a drive-thru! I will be found here more often. Mimi

I stopped into Buzzed Goat and it’s definitely a unique mix—a sports bar and a coffee shop blended into one. The vibe is lively and energetic, with loud music, so it’s not the best spot if you’re trying to work or take calls. But if you’re coming in with a small group or want a fun, social atmosphere, this place fits the bill. I tried a couple of their specialty drinks: The V Cold Brew – cold brew mixed with condensed milk. Super smooth, sweet, and strong without being overpowering. Café Mojito – mint, agave, and cold brew. Surprisingly refreshing and different in the best way; it tastes like a mojito and an iced coffee had a very successful baby. Food-wise, I grabbed the strawberry cruffin. The dough is dense—don’t expect light croissant layers even though it looks like one. The filling tasted more like a cherry pie to me, even though they said it was strawberry. Either way, it was delicious. Honestly, it’s like a high-end version of a strawberry-filled donut. And when the barista warmed it up… omg. Absolute perfection. Overall, Buzzed Goat is a fun hangout spot with great drinks and surprisingly good pastries—just maybe not the best option if you need a quiet place to work.

The coffee was excellent, just the way I like it, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom could have been much cleaner, and the shop itself had an unpleasant smell — almost like someone was smoking inside. The air felt heavy, and I actually left with a bad headache.

Great coffee, chill atmosphere, and the baristas are all beautiful. Makes it an easy spot to keep coming back to. Food options are solid, they’ve got a liquor license, and the vibe always feels good. You can tell the owner takes pride in creating a consistent, quality experience. Every visit, the staff has been friendly, fast, and dialed in. One of my go-to spots in Tempe—excited to see how it keeps growing.
