staff was super nice, super clean too. can’t wait to go back to try some of the cute pastries

Walked out ! Waited 20 minutes while staff chatted away and had at least 10 orders to fulfill. So many people waiting and they were too busy chatting about their weekend. Some women said they had been waiting for 1 hour. Lemonade and matcha are filled from a machine. Just go to the pretzel shop.

The girl who took my order was lovely she had red hair and great customer service, the issue was with the associates whose messed up my drinks on back bar, they where unhelpful and annoyed that they didn’t get my drink right and when I told them it was placed as hot and not cold they complained under their breath and got the cold drink set it in the back to the side and I assumed they got the ticket to make it hot back in line, they did not I wait 36 minutes from order I know because I showed a manager on the retail side to explain the issue and rudeness of it whom the manager of the retail side seemed to be unapologetically and uninterested in my complaint. The only reason I didn’t wait longer was because the cashier who took my order remembered me and asked if I was still waiting and she immediately made my order. The female associate with red hair 12/10 stars and for her coworkers and the retail manager of coach, could use more training.

Took like 1 hr to wait for a few coffees not a big line either to wait much

We were not too impressed. The line was approximately 30 minutes. Would have been nice if staff acknowledged the wait. Once inside the menu was underwhelming. The pastries did not look fresh. Staff did not engage with their customers once at the counter to order. Not even a welcome or thank you for visiting. Not very spacious inside. Three tables and multiple people standing half in the store/coffee shop with little wiggle room.
